Was perfect for our RTC graduation stay! Clean and convenient location was quiet and walkable distance to shopping, eating and a bowling alley. Under an hour to downtown Chicago. Hot food options were great every morning. Would stay here again!

from a very friendly front desk, staff, housekeeping, hot breakfast, and cleanliness of the entire hotel, my day was extraordinary. The three women who are manning the front desk, really set the tone for my enjoyable stay. They were friendly and went out of their way to make everyone checking in. Feel welcome. The interior and exterior of the building were very well maintained and the rooms were comfortable. I could not have asked for a better time while visiting the Chicago area.
my daughters and I gathered in the breakfast room area H evening to play cards and games. They were quite a few people who also enjoyed the warm lounge and lovely fireplace.

Staff was friendly, room clean, breakfast was decent and what you would expect. My only complaint is the shower drain was clogged and it was obvious that there had been flooding since the bottom of the doors were lifting/peeling, but nothing that affected our stay. Overall a good spot.

I stayed at this hotel for my sister’s navy bootcamp graduation. It was only a few miles away, very convenient and there was a lot of outlets stores around, especially restaurants for late nite bites. Receptionists were really helpful with an early check in and a later check out! Loved the pool, and their free breakfast! They also offered a shuttle bus to the graduation!
