We had a very bad experience during our check in process as they kept us for an hour consisting to send me an email in order to fill in my personal information. The person in charge was writing wrong my email address and asking again to give him second email address then third email,etc Finally he accepted to take my passport and my credit card and proceeded. When we entered the room we found out that the couch where my kids would sleep wasn’t ready, there were no sheets, no pillows, no blankets. I needed to ask and bring me later and get the coach ready by myself, although I have booked for 4 people, it wasn’t prepared. The shower gel was missing from the bathroom and the tv couldn’t work. Next day I asked to take care of these issues and when I came back in the room I realized that they did nothing! Also I realized that there was no room service and I had to pay extra in order to clean my room or change towels! It’s the first time I book an apartment in hotel without any room service! The third day they replaced the shower gel that was missing but the tv still didn’t work! I am very pity for choosing this hotel for my visit to Chicago!
