I only interacted with front desk and they were very nice. But the hotel itself is really run down. I was put in one of the older units and there were stains and damage everywhere. The bathroom light didnt even work and i had to complain twice to get it fixed because maintenance didn't show up. The bathroom itself didn't have any bottom wall siding trim and it made me feel very uncomfortable being in there with holes big enough for mice to get through. The walls of the units are so thin i could hear everyone near my unit. And there is constant the sound of planes as we are so near the airport so don't think you will get any sleep.

Veryyy small for nearly $100 per night. No pool or hot tub or free breakfast. We didn’t even stay the night. Went to a Country Inn and Suites with a pool, hot tub, free breakfast and wonderful size room for only $40 more than motel 6. The area felt very unfriendly. So noisy, didn’t realize it was sooo close to O’hare. Early check in fee was waved if I gave them a five star review.

When I arrived, everything was fine when I got to the room, the lights would not turn on there was missing lightbulbs, the bathroom was dirty, the TV had a big black line down the center, when I brought it to the staffs attention, I was told that there was a 15 minute grace period for me to change rooms, if it wasn’t for me, getting upset and telling them that I just paid over $100 for my room they would’ve kept me in the same room

I didn’t like,that I killed four cockroaches,and the tv kept turning on in the middle of the night, I did let the front desk know about this,but they told me if I didn’t have any source to show them,that they can’t do nothing,so I was very upset.i would like some sorts of compensation,because it was very difficult to sleep peacefully at night with my wife !!! It got to the point that had to manually disconnect the tv plug,so I could get some sorts of sleep !!!!

I’ll start with the good, super convenient access to bus stops to get to the train for transportation all over and fantastic people with great attitudes work there. Every thing else was awful. First and foremost, the noise from the planes overhead! Forget about sleeping. All the rooms were no smoking from what I saw but you can clearly smell old cigarettes in the room and then it will creep in from surrounding rooms through walls and cracks as well. Facility is very dated and falling apart. Desperately needed repairs. I don’t even want to get started on the stains all over the walls and surfaces, found spots of blood, water stains and unmentionables all over; I was legitimately scared to walk around shoeless. The bed appeared to be clean but I did not want to pull off the covers to check and be disappointed. I did end up getting some sort of reaction to whatever they use to clean the linens. To top it off, there was no speak or mention of room service while I was gone for the day. For the same price, I could have stayed downtown at a much much nicer hotel with better accommodations. I do regret my booking here and hope others stay away.

I paid around 70 dollars a night for this motel which is the cheapest one I found, i spent 4 nights there and I'm satisfied overall however the room needs better assistance, i found a lot of hair in the beds and the furniture is very old and feels like it's gonna break any time, The crouches, spiders are included with the stay. Also the room didn't have refrigerator and microwave so i had to spend a lot of money on fast food. The room was pretty clean, but i saw mold on the shower curtains. The staff was friendly. If you don't like noise from the planes don't go here, but i was fine with it, i don't mind the noise. I actually loved the location it's pretty close to everything, downtown 35 minutes without traffic, with traffic it's about an hour. I loved the hole in my bathroom door. Actually I had a pretty good stay, I've seen way worse so I'll probably stay here again.

Very helpful people - both at front desk and maintenance person. I had a drain problem, and it was fixed almost instantly. Good wireless. No insect pests at all. But: No mini-fridge, no microwave. Maybe that's why the rooms are so inexpensive. Confrontation between police and a resident one night.

Room was VERY basic (no art, no decor, not even a clock) but had a working TV and was actually very clean, with a big accessable shower. TV worked great. Bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log. Downside for the price point is you're literally RIGHT under the arrivals for a domestic runway at O'Hare and you WILL hear a 737-700 pass overhead every 5 minutes from 6 am to midnight. So that gets it 4 stars. But if you have headphones the price point can't be beat.
