This place was the best hotel by far that I've ever been to. I originally got it cor my fiances birthday but then i fell in love with our room. It felt so nice being able to walk around the area. There's so many restaurants, stores even a mall. Definitely will come back again! Maybe for my birthday this time! 10 out of 10 stars!

From the moment we stepped out of the Uber the welcome and amazingness of the staff was evident! The room was phenomenal and the staff impeccable. There are not enough words to describe how great our stay was. Thank you!

Best hotel experience in Chicago
This was our best hotel experience in Chicago, and we been to most of them. We had a great weekend visiting from Michigan. The hotel location was perfect, the accommodations were 5-star, and the staff were super helpful and attentive. We’ll be back!

EXCELLENT HOTEL, LOCATION & ROOM RATE
I hadn't stayed at the Park Hyatt for a few years and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was in every way and for the price it could not be beaten. On par with the Langham, Ritz-Carlton, 4 Seasons & Trump (dump). I've stayed at all 4 over the past few years and now rate ithe Park Hyatt as best value overall.
