We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it has always been amazing. Friendly staff, clean facility and rooms, and a safe quiet stay. 10/10 recommend!

The presence of bed bugs is a serious concern, and we take such reports very seriously. Immediately upon receiving your complaint, we engaged a reputable pest control company to inspect the room throughly. The inspection results confirmed that there were no bed bugs present in the room. However, we understand that this experience may have still have caused you distress, and for that, we apologize. As a gesture of goodwill, we have already comped off one night off your stay. We hope this compensation demonstrates our commitment to resolving the situation and ensuring satisfaction. Great trip. Very close to the family we were visiting. Loved that the smoke detectors did not blink all night like in some hotels. Loved that the lighting was the softer yellow and not the harsh bright white!!! Nice and quiet for sleeping

We appreciated the convenience of our room to the parking lot, the quiet corner of the floor, and the comfortable king sized bed. We did not appreciate not having internet, although we called and they said they would reset the modem and we would have it in 5-10 min. We were never connected for 3 days. No one cleaned the room from day to day; and one of the electrical outlets did not emit power; the vanity floor was sticky the second day, we have no reason why; and the ice in the freezer of the refrig were spilling out of the basket, freezing and totally unuseable in one big block of ice. The kitchenette was clean, as was the living room.

No room service at all. Had to ask for sheets and towels and made our own bed. Desk help is courteous and helpful. Dining help is also courteous and helpful but the food is lacking presentation, variety and amount I have stayed here many times and things have changed. Needs updating and room service back.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay.
The highlight was the really comfy bed and pullows with really soft linens. I slept great. Very clean. The gym was in great condition, everything worked and a good variety of exercise items. Breakfast had plenty of fruit and healthy choices.
