Sadly it’s properties like this that give short term rentals a bad reputation.

This house looks abandoned. Unkept yard full of weeds, unmowed grass, uneven side walk, peeling paint, lock box on door knob which didn’t have house key with faded key pad above which is used for entry. If we had arrived after dark I’m not sure we would have even tried to enter. Back yard is equally unkept with broken unusable patio bench. The interior is in better shape, although the roof leaked into the house on the night it rained. No doubt due to missing outside gutters. No compaints about the kitchen. It looks fairly new and is adequately supplied. Bathroom with tub is lined with black tile and a black opaque shower curtain, dramatic style, very difficult to see when in tub. Primary bedroom shower is flimsy, Bottom of sliding door easily bumped off track. No vanity space in either bathroom. Beds were fine. Cheap bed pillows that no one found comfortable. A lot of attention and money was obviously spent on table top decore thow blankets and decorative pillows. It doesnt cover up the problems.
