房間的格局很漂亮，白天可以看到碧藍色的河，晚上可以看到令人震驚的夜景.酒店很舒適，距離很多景點也很近.非常喜歡這次的旅行. The hotel has amazing scene，especially at night！Also the environment is comfortable and service is excellent！it's also close to many famous places in Chicago. It's really a nice hotel for traveling.

一开始就决定把酒店定在洛普区，地铁交通四通八达各种方便。当在各种纠结时，无意中看到了白金汉的介绍和网友点评，于是立刻拍板决定就这里了！事实证明这个决定再棒也不过了。酒店位置极佳，一出奥黑尔机场，CTA蓝线直达酒店楼下，步行5分钟范围内还有棕紫粉橙红以及各种公交，基本去任何景点都可以找到直达方式。房间是在一栋高楼里，先坐高区电梯到39楼然后就换一部电梯到40，健身房是楼下另外一部电梯，绕来绕去有点不方便，但是当打开房门的一刹那，所有的不方便都被丢到了脑后，因为这一切都太值得了！房间很大很宽敞，布置得简洁明快，又干净又安静，床很大很舒服，洗手间超大又干净，而最最让人激动的就是从窗口看出去的风景了，真是不能再赞了！

最好能够在顾客退房时，就把顾客的住宿发票给顾客，不必后来再发发票通过邮箱发。因为等的时间太长，酒店还没有把发票发过来

Beautiful, aesthetic rooms with a classic wood design. Very comfortable. Nice touches like actual marble sink top and porcelain faucets. Large tub. Impressive view of city from room and in breakfast area. Breakfast area has a multitude of options and is kept very clean. We will be returning to this gem again.

I highly recommend staying at the Buckingham Hotel. I’ve been to many different hotels throughout downtown chicago and this is the best by far. Staff is great, view is great, breakfast is great, parking in the same building so no need to walk outside, and you’re on the 40th floor. Couldn’t recommend a better hotel.

The view from this hotel was absolutely spectacular! I would stay here again for that reason alone. I hadn’t paid close attention when booking the property so I was a little confused in locating it but that was all on me. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly.

A special shot out Joel and the other gentleman in the concierge desk. We really enjoyed the stage. I would only suggest to have more different types of teas available for breakfast. The orange cinnamon tea ran out the first morning we stay.

I like the property and the decor enough but I was not a huge fan of the general ambiance and it is kind of an odd set up. The view from our window was amazing since the hotel is very high up in the building! The front desk people were really kind and helpful.

Not the best stay I have had there. Stay was for two nights but room was not refreshed during stay. Lake view room had issues with TV, blinds and internet connectivity. Willing to give it another try because if location for me, but if not improved next tome, I’ll opt for other nearby options.
