  • New build 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home in Chichester. This 120 square meter house has ample room for a family or group of project workers that spans over 3 floors. There are 2 private parking spaces, but as this is a quiet cul-de-sac area, extra parking can be found easily. It is just 1 mile from the Rolls Royce factory and Goodwood Racecourse. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping can be arranged at a cost.

A few days in Chichester

This property is brand new and well equipped. It is tastefully decorated with very comfy beds. The location was great, close to Goodwood and a pleasant 20 minute walk into Chichester. At the moment there is still quite a lot of noise from the building work on the development during the week and the property could benefit from more seating in the lounge. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a lovely house.
