We are not responsible for any pool accidents and require all guests to sign our swimming pool agreement. Children under 18 are required to have adult supervision at all times while swimming.
A credit card is required as security deposit for all bookings at our property. After booking, you will receive a link to complete the deposit. A $150 hold will be placed 24 hours before your arrival and fully refunded upon departure, provided house rules are followed and no damages occur.
