The holiday home Spica is located in a quiet residential area of La Barrosa. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, 2 televisions and a washing machine. There is digital TV with access to music and video streaming services.



The property features a private garden with a pool. You also have a covered private terrace and an open terrace, both with seating furniture, as well as 2 Balinese beds and 4 sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the views. There is a stone barbecue and a portable barbecue, ideal for outdoor cooking.



Despite the quiet location, all essentials are within a short walk or drive. The nearest restaurant is a 7-minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is a 3-minute drive away (1.7 km). La Barrosa Beach is a 6-minute drive away (1.8 km). The nearest airport is about 30 minutes away by car (40.5 km).

El propietario muy amable la chica que nos entregó las llaves muy maja la casa estaba limpia pero llena de hormigas no podíamos dejar ni una miga de pan hormigas por fuera pero eso es lo de menos debido al césped pero donde más había era en la cocina baño y salón no podíamos tirar nada en el cubo de la basura se llenaba de hormigas por lo demás todo bien el propietario nos dejó entrar antes de la hora acordada
