BEAUTIFUL 7/5 W/POOL/HOT TUB LOTS OF ROOM

Home is available for large families in need of one roof to share life long memories together.
This house has plenty of room for large groups, 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 living room areas, and a pool house. 4400 sq ft to enjoy! Huge open kitchen fully stocked to cook virtually anything. Located in backyard is a 1000 sqft pool house with ping pong, dartboard and large TV with cable. Also outback is trampoline, kids play area, two large BBQ islands with grill and large 8 person jetted hottub

Garage and 3 of 7 closets non accessible. Hanging racks have been substituted. Pantry off limits to.

In most cases the owners are only minutes away unless other wise verbalized to renter. Always available via phone, text or email.

Home located on dead end private court. Large 4 lane with road with ample parking up to 6 large or 8 small vehicles. Great park at end of street one block away for all types of fun. Gas station 1 min drive, Safeway, Walgreens and many others only 2 minute drive. Costco 10 minutes away.

1 mile from grocery store. Gas station 1 block. Home on private court with beautiful park at the end of street which carries additional parking for groups with more than 8-10 vehicles.

We take great pride in maximizing family time with our rental. We welcome all suggestions as we look to always improve your stay. Any issues we would please ask you call is on as we do not want you to have any sort of a negative experience. Your family time is most important to us and you should not have to deal with any problems.
The City of Chico requires a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) on all rentals.
We require property damage protection insurance on all rentals.

Other info:
Noise and parking are the only issues for complaints. Noise must be brought inside closed doors no later than 10pm. Parking is only within property lines to include across from home, do not park near fire hydrant (15' California law) and no parking on sidewalk.

Only normal foot wear allowed. Please do not wear any sort of cleat on floors.
All major holidays are a 3 night minimum. Memorial Day, CSU Graduation, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Years. Have a question, ask. We respond quickly. Thank you.

Great property for large groups

Wedding Weekend

The house was perfect for what we needed. Lots of space to get ready, a fully stocked kitchen, a game room and pool for fun and relaxation. Jacob, the owner, was very responsive to questions and was there to show us around at check-in.

Winter Family Vacation

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home a once again , found that the house was perfect for our multi-generation family. There was plenty of room for everyone and places for separate activities when desired. The kitchen is large and extremely well stocked, able to accommodate many cooks and helpers. A bonus was the heated pool. It was used daily, even during extensive downpours of rain!

Family Celebration

We had a great weekend celebration. We picked this home for our celebration so that each of our children would have their own space and the granddaughters loved the kids room. Jacob was great to work with. Promptly answering any questions we had. Place is well stocked.

Fabulous Home!

Fantastic Stay!!

Absolutely outstanding. The little things our host had in his place made our stay marvelous. So much room for 8 small children to run around and find nooks and crannies to hunker down and read a BOOK that our host had in abundance for little eyes. What a gift to our kids!! So very grateful for the comfort, space, availability of our host who called back from his vacation when we couldn't locate a switch for the pool. Did I mention it was an outstanding stay? We stayed during the Park fire and winds shifted the smoke towards our location. Smokey smells outside, but not a hint inside. With several of our family with asthma it was a concern, but no problems whatsoever. Great air filters!! Well worth the cost. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Great house

This was a great house for a staycation a few hours away from home with friends. We were looking for a place we could all hang out, cook, play games, watch sports, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped and the grill in the back yard was great. The back yard / game room garage was fun to hang out in. Since our visit was during the summer, the pool didn’t needed to be heated and was comfortable with the hot temperature outside. Communication with the host, Jacob, was good and the check in / out process was smooth. He gave good instructions for how to use the different amenities. Only part that wasn’t 5 stars for us was that the listing was inaccurate for # of beds, which Jacob says he will be fixing.

Family Wedding

We were very happy with location and size of the home. there were 17 of us, that included children 10 and under, staying here for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed the pool and game room. I was pleasantly surprise by having ADA toilet's and the master bathroom with a walk in shower. With someone with 2 knee replacements, this was a great find. I wish more homes accommodated ADA people. It was nice having somewhere for us all to stay and having something for everyone to do. If we all need to stay in Chico again, I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Great Home with lot of activities to do.

We stayed here for thanksgiving vacation and overall it was great. The house is spacious with loaded kitchen. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. We wish some of the toilet bowls were bit more clean. There were enough other toilets, so we could manage. Jacob was prompt with communication.

The property was fantastic, great for adults and children. Jacob made the whole checking-in and walkthrough process very easy, which was much appreciated after traveling. The hospitality and access to amenities made the stay just that much more enjoyable.

Great vacation home with so much to offer

We had a family reunion and this home was absolutely perfect for all of us. There were 9 adults and 8 kids ranging from 0-7 years old. There was so much space and so many extra that we stayed busy for a whole week and hardly left the house to do anything else. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our family. Jacob and his wife were amazing hosts and very responsive anytime I had questions or needed recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great Stay for Families

Host was very responsive prior to trip, met us on site to welcome and walk through house. Property was just as listed, great place for families with kids to stay. Had all the amenities we needed and more! Beds were extremely comfortable in all of the rooms. Will definitely come back for future getaways :)

Best property for a trip with family

We really appreciated how spacious and fun-centered the property is. I cannot think of one thing the house is missing because it truly has everything. Daughter's Wedding

I would highly recommend this home. Jacob met my wife at check-in and spent over 30 minutes showing her around and explaining how everything worked. He made sure we had his cell phone number in case we needed to reach him. The home is beautiful, in outstanding condition and everything worked (pool, hot tub, bbq, Traeger, TV's, etc, etc). I would definitely rent this home again if I were in the Chico area.
