We apologize that the room layout did not meet your expectations. Our pool temperature is not heated but we do have a hot tub for your convenience. We are sorry that the breakfast pricing failed to meet your expectations as we serve all you can eat breakfast buffet with an A La Carte menu for extra options. We are a full-service hotel. that offer extra service and items for your convenience. Your feedback is important to us, and we will address these issues to improve our guest experience.
