The Juicy Details:
The Peacock Cottage was set up with our guests in mind. Quality, comfort and beautiful design.
>The PRIMARY room has a full size bed, two cozy white robes to help you feel right at home plus a reading nook and TV for
streaming.
>The SECOND bedroom has a full bed, closet and washer and dryer unit.
>The THIRD bedroom is a dedicated workout space with two yoga mats, light weights and a jump rope to make sure you don’t miss your workout.
>The LIVING room has a large couch that turns into a comfortable queen sleeper sofa plus a coffee table, large chair and oversize tv setup for streaming.
>WI-FI: We have Super Fast Wi-Fi, so you can count on being able to work, video conference or Netflix and chill.
>DINING: There is a small dining table inside with two additional picnic tables outside, plus 4 chairs around the gas firepit.
>The KITCHEN is fully stocked with following items:
**Keurig with a starter pack of single serve k-cups provided
**Dishes, pots, pans, blender, cookie sheets, tupperware, silverware and kitchen utensils, dish soap, sponges and kitchen towels.
**Fridge, Gas oven, microwave and stove (no dishwasher)
**Instant hot water boiler with tea, olive oil and spices.
>The BATHROOM is a full bath with shower, tub, toilet and small vanity. We provide quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels, hand towels, body towels, cotton balls, q-tips, hair dryer and hair straightener.
>OUTSIDE in the back yard is a very large deep lot. The back area is fenced and you could allow pets to play in this area.
Guests Have Full Access to the entire Cottage as well as the extremely large backyard.
A few things to Note:
1. We only provide a “starter kit” of supplies. A few rolls of toilet paper, dishwasher pods, trash bags and paper towels. If you are having a longer stay, please plan on bringing or buying additional supplies.
2. Please note there is no smoking on or off the property. This is a brand new home and we take much pride in our beautiful homes and would like to keep it smelling good and looking fresh.

>>Cameras—-We have Cameras on the outside of the Cottage to keep you and the home safe.
>>Smoking—-Smoking is not allowed in or outside the property.
>>Parties—Nope—sorry. Maximum guests count is 6
>>Peacocks—The Peacocks do NOT live on the property they are just a part of the neighborhood and they do wander onto the property. Please just enjoy with your eyes, do not touch, chase or intend any harm on these animals. Peacocks do make a “meowing” noise. They are truly a gift to the area and meant to be enjoyed, have your camera ready!
>>HVAC—The Unit has a mini split system in the living room and ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. The unit provides both heating and cooling and is brand new.
