This motel has clean and comfortable rooms with a nice, friendly and professional staff. There is a self service breakfast bar near the check-in area. There is also a Denny's restaurant next to this motel for easy dinning. There is easy access to the 99E freeway that goes through Chico which provides quick and easy access to two mall areas, as well as a Walmart store 3-4 miles to the south.

Upon online checkout, including the time of planned check out (10:15am) by 9:26am my door was being opened by housekeeping (it was latched inside for my safety) & I felt I was being rushed out before checkout time of 11. Housekeeping sternly told me check out time was 11 at 9:26am. I explained I set the time as directed via text...at 10:15. I left asap & waited 1 hour in the parking lot at my dr appt. Not sure I'll be staying there again. Thank you. Room didn't appear to be vacuumed. Carpet fraying at the door. Location is pretty good. Just wished I wasn't pushed out, disrupted & unnecessarily having to wait in my car at drs office.

We got there late, 11p, we had been driving all day. When we got to the room, it was so hot! The window was open, no breeze. It took 3 hours for the room to cool down where we could finally go to sleep. We wen down for breakfast the next morning at 8:30a and there was no coffee left. Property was clean, staff was nice.

This was one of those stays where you walk in and immediately start questioning every life choice that led you there. The room felt dirty, dated, and just plain icky. Nothing about it felt comfortable or well cared for, and I spent the entire stay trying not to touch anything I didn’t absolutely have to. To top it off, I left with a mystery bug bites that has since blistered. Can I prove it came from the hotel? Nope. Am I emotionally assigning blame to the Super 8? Absolutely. 😂 If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, I’d keep driving. This one was definitely a “sleep, survive, shower immediately when you get home” situation.
