「Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.」

「The employees are super friendly and helpful. The conditions are overall good but the facilities need touch up on walls, doors, and other surfaces that are dirty and have handprints.The place has recently been worked on as evidenced by new floors in the units I stayed in and those I was able to see. The cleaning of the units seems to be good overall. 」

「Room wa ok, but our neighbors on both sides sat outside thier rooms to smoke. The pool was in no condition to swim in, and the hot tub was closed.」

The owners continue to invest in the house and it comfortably fits a family - it’s clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. The Landing is idyllic with its moss-draped trees, manicured grounds, and charming paths and bridges. This is the place we come when we need a breather from it all. The slow pace invites quality time with family: we scallop or fish, enjoy the pickleball court, and play board games in the evening.」
