“昭和〜平成初期の中古マンションをリノベーションして宿泊施設として活用したホテル。家のような感覚で過ごすのが好きな人に良いと思います。 部屋によって当たり外れはあるかと思いますが、私が泊まった部屋はTVのリモコンが反応悪く電池切れ気味、電気ポットの底が焦げ付いていて異臭がする（前の宿泊者がラーメンでも沸かした？）、備え付けのフライパンや鍋の取っ手が無い、窓枠が黒カビだらけなどの難点はありましたが、それ以外は大変居心地良く、ベッドもバスルームもトイレも清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 近辺にホテルの無いエリアなので、三田線沿いのこの辺りに用事のある人には最適かと思います。”

“金額でみたら安いので、それなりの宿泊施設です。清潔感を気にされない人は問題ないと思います。 お風呂は排水の流れがよくないのが、逆流して水が溜まりますので改善が必要かと。”

“For our group of 5 the size of the unit worked out very well. There was room for all to eat at the same table. Kitchen was well stocked (but I would prefer ceramic dishes/mugs over wood looking plastic ones). Location had good access to restaurants and grocery stores within 15 minute walk.Note that second floor bedroom is accessed by a steep staircase (narrow treads) with no handrail.”

“This place was advertised as sleeping 7, but it barely can hold 4. When told about the accommodation was told we are Japanese and this is how it works for us. Well, if you are renting to foreigners study what works for them. Also, the beds had black jumping spiders. The house was located in a dark alley with an abandoned property at its entrance.
