"The hotel has been underrated love the idea of zen at lobby. Staff promptly fixed the pictures at expedia when I pointed out about the discrepancy."

"Amazing hotel ever! First, the price is absolutely reasonable with this neat, modern designed and spacious room. The check in process is user friendly and smooth so far. You can park your car just next to your room entrance. There is a 7-11 and big Daiso 100 yen store just nearby."

THE KNOT

"This is the second ザノットホテル I have stayed in Japan. Since staying at The Knot Sapporo last year, I decided to start collecting all The Knot Hotels in Japan. I love the concept of this brand: to tie travel, people and neighborhoods together. The Knot Utsunomiya let me discover Utsunomiya and Nikko which I was never thinking of going. The room is cozy and comfortable with elegant design. They provide free breakfast buffet which is nutritious and tasty. Thanks to the hospitality of The Knot Utsunomiya.
