「房間整潔，以QR code 作為門卡，十分方便！惟房間燈光比較暗。」

「地點超級方便」

「The location is convenient to Hakata Station. The lobby is impressive, with lovely books and interior design, and the music is tasteful. The staff are helpful. Unfortunately, the room we booked was 行政雙床房, 非吸煙房 (Episode 1, with Club Lounge Access). The toilet is very small, and the shower curtain smells unpleasant.」

「Very nice service and convenient location」

「Excellent all-round. The location is great -- very close to the airport and to Hakata Station. Rooms are small but larger than in APA hotels in Tokyo. The staff in the restaurant where the breakfast is served were particularly friendly and helpful.」

「Good in general. It is suggested to improve lighting in particular the lift lobby area.」

「乾淨方便，交通也方便，還有貼心的下午茶」
