「We arrived from the UK to Tiffany for a wedding. The wedding setting was amazing and all the staff were extremely helpful. The room was extremely basic and the food in the restaurant was dreadful but very surprisingly the wedding food was amazing so maybe different catering staff? I am sure I will never stay there again.」

「There’s definite room for improvement here. Our room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard the bathroom had stains, and the bedding felt old (we unfortunately encountered bed bugs). The TV wasn’t working, and the door system was unreliable, often requiring extra effort to get in.
Food was on the pricey side for what was offered, and while the room includes a stove, it would help to have basic utensils and drinking water provided given the rates charged.
The location and staff had potential, but...

「There are two Kakwele Lodges. The one we stayed at was further from the airport in a back street of Lusaka, about a 20 minute drive. We were charged $15 for each of the 4 journeys to and from the airport, which I considered to be excessive.
The room at the lodge was adequate, but a little cramped (especially the shower). Lighting was dim with no bedside or desk light. There were broken loose tiles around the small pool.
Service was friendly but less than prompt.
Although we had only one of...

「Worst hotel ever! I stayed for 15 nights! And had nothing but problems! The moment I arrived and checked in they demanded more money and told me they wouldn’t honor the price I found on this website! Apparently it was my fault that they forgot to take the promotion down! What a scam and completely unprofessional! Then they had only one key to the room and I had to leave my key with them and I’d come back and I wouldn’t have a towel, bath mat, or toilet paper in the room! Then one day I left the...
