Experience breathtaking water views from this charming waterfront duplex, which offers some of the best sights of Assateague Island and the iconic lighthouse. The property features a brand-new floating dock with a designated slip in deep water, perfect for boating enthusiasts. Afternoons are made for adventure: fish or crab from the shared pier, and when the tide is low, head to the sandy beach where kids can dig, splash, and explore.

The spacious first-floor screened porch spans the entire level, providing panoramic water views and a relaxing space to unwind. Inside, the main level boasts an open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with stunning views, and a large dining table where the whole family can gather for meals.

The first-floor den accommodates guests comfortably with a king bed, a twin bed, and a private full bathroom.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a hall bath. The rear bedroom features two twin beds, while the front bedroom offers a full bed and a twin sleeper, along with private access to a second screened porch.

A winding creek, accessible from the pier, is perfect for catching your own minnows or simply enjoying the serene surroundings.

House was lovely with fabulous views, but AC didn't work. The fans in the hallway told us that the owner knew they have an issue. Upstairs bedrooms were unbearable. Rental agency offered to move us, but the other properties didn't border the water or have of the lighthouse. Requested a discount and never heard back from them.
