“After checking in and arriving to our rooms the doors were wide open, upon entering the room we were immediately hit with a musky wet smell, first thing we noticed was the rusty lamp shade, then the black marks up the wall by the bed, missing paint,what appeared to be water damage near the ptac unit, mold? in the exhaust fan light that also sounded like a blender full of bolts, what appeared to be greasy hand prints above the toilet on the wall, a hinge pin nearly out of the entry door hinge,……

“The room had a dead bug on the floor in the bathroom and killed a few during the night. The smoke alarm was beeping. Management told me to take it down. They would try to get someone in to get down if i couldn't. I was so very tired after a long drive, i couldn't wait for someone to come. So I took ot down myself. Being 5foot 1 it was really hard thing to do.
