We stayed at the Waterside in for three nights (Tuesday-Friday) in late April. Check-in was easy, with friendly staff. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely view of the marsh and the harbor beyond. Our main complaint was their way of doing breakfast. There's no buffet; when you go to the lobby, you are offered two choices, usually waffles or a breakfast sandwich or eggs/sausage. They make it for you and serve it to you. But there's little else. My wife, who's diabetic and isn't fond of sausage could find little to eat, we actually got her an Egg McMuffin one morning. I assume this method is to control waste, but it did not suit us at all.
When we were there, there were more restaurants open toward the end of the week; Tuesday night was pretty slim pickings in late April.
