The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is the ideal solution for couples, families or small groups of friends. The spaces are organized in a practical and functional way: a cozy double bedroom, a bright living area with a single bed and a single sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a fridge with freezer, microwave and coffee machine, to start the day with a breakfast in total autonomy. To ensure maximum comfort in every season, guests are provided with air conditioning, heating, washing machine and television. In addition, there are bicycles, ideal for exploring the city and easily reaching the waterfront, beaches and main attractions in the area. For arrivals between 00:00 and 07:00 there is a supplement of 80.
A surcharge of 30 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00.
A fee of 50 applies for arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00.
According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
