"This has been a great time spent in Chipiona. The appartment is 100% conform to the description, and the garden is very nice. Very quiet environment and we cannot thank our host Marga enough for her kindness. She is very welcoming and so much helping in advising the best place to visit around. Thank you so much Marga for the fantastic week we spent. Hope to be back soon !"

"The owners very friendly. The house is not bad but it was a little abandoned. In the washing machine there was a nest of cockroaches. In the bathroom on the ground floor the same thing. We ourselves had to buy product to make them disappear. But the worst was the heat It is true that in the advertisement it did not say that it had air conditioning, but there are things that are taken for granted, if you go on vacation to Andalusia you know that there will be atmospheric heat, but the house...

"This is a hotel in an old building that has been thoughly renovated. Easy walk to ships and central but in a Spanish area not a tourist area. About five tapas bars within one block walk. About two blocks to ocean front walk. The unit we had for six weeks was a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities very small, but good shower and bed. I really liked this place."

"What great appartments which really undersell themselves. They have far more internal equipment than listed and key for us was the washing machine which meant we could clean all our holiday clothing up to that stay and during our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious and you really get a home from home feel therein, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. They are located in amongst the maze of pretty side streets which make up Cadiz and are close to many bars and restaurants. It is a short walk...

"Absolutely great apartment. Stayed for 2 nights so didn’t use all of the amenities, just basically a bed! Unfortunately there is a ‘shots bar’ right beside the property which is open until 4. We had very little sleep because the noise was pretty bad. Such a shame because the location and property are great. "

"Excellent location and a lovely property. had initial hiccup with the Nuki app but got the timely help. A bit noisy in the night but that’s expected as the property is in the town centre. Parking available at 5 minutes walk which costed £20 for a day. would have been £15 if we had used the parking app which we didn’t know about. Need to have the phone on charge all the time and data for Bluetooth as the entry into the property depends on this. Would definitely visit again"
