"Our room (east tower) has no air conditioned upon checking in and staff Allan really dealt with it and was able to transferred us to west tower which is better as its closer to the pools. So many restaurant/ cafe within the vicinity. Hotel restaurants pricing is a bit much for what it’s been served. We tried once at the Islands patio and lounge and then we just eat outside the hotel after. We will definitely going back at the resort"

"Clean room except for the bath tub plug didn’t work and the door squeaked quite loudly. The check in staff were excellent and friendly. Ample parking a we felt we were in a safe area. Breakfast was very satisfactory and the lady that looked after it was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "
