The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses) and dining table;

- SLEEPING AREA with a French-style sofa bed, one double bed, one French-style double bed, and a Smart TV;

- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, and toilet;

- TERRACE with table and barbecue.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi (300 GB per month), central heating, clothesline, desk, and closet.

The barbecue is NOT available for use.



PLEASE NOTE: The area with the French-style double bed is separated by a curtain.

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi or car (195 km – 2 hours and 14 minutes).



- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the Trieste Aeroporto station (just over a 10-minute walk from the airport) to the Pontebba station. From there, take bus No. 200 to the CHIUSAFORTE via Roma 14 stop (town hall, towards Udine). From there, you can walk to the CHIUSAFORTE Piazza Pieroni (town hall) stop and take bus no. 191 to the SELLA NEVEA via Friuli stop (opposite no. 2, Divisione Julia mountain hut), a 2-minute walk from the property.



- From the Udine train station, you can reach the apartment by car (1 hour and 14 minutes – 84 km) via the A23.
