“We are locals who just wanted to get out of the house but did not want to be overwhelmed by how crowded the lake is now. This place was perfect, it was cozy, had a great sized pool and a nice clubhouse. The cabin Yellow Rose was big enough to sleep two adults and 5 children comfortable. ”

“Absolutely beautiful! The owner’s photos capture this property very well (except maybe that the distance to the hot tub is shorter than it appears in the pictures). The heat and AC work very well. There are excellent instructions for anything you need to do. We had zero problems- everything worked, everything was clean and as promised. We were able to really relax in this secluded retreat- we even brought in our Thanksgiving dinner and prepped it in the fully-equipped kitchen. We’re already……

“The property is beautiful! Very quiet. We loved our time spent there. The drive into Hochatown and Beaver Bend is short. We played some of the board games on site, cooked smores in the fire pit, grilled on the back deck, and soaked in the hot tub. Loved sitting outside in the evening and listening to the beautiful sounds of nature. The home was adequately stocked with everything you would need! I would have to agree with some of the other reviews regarding that the queen bed needs to be updated.……

“This is an awesome place and my family enjoyed it so much that we hardly ventured out during our stay. The sound of the river flowing was so peaceful and easy to relax to. There were plenty of activities provided that all 5 of my kids (6-16) stayed entertained our whole trip. Everything was just as described and Viktor was an excellent host. He responded promptly answering any questions we had every time I reached out to him. We highly recommend this place!”
