「It's just off the main highway, about 4 km from the center of Bang Saen beach. Plenty of Grab/Bolt bikes and cars in the area.
The hotel is a two-story resort type with a huge garden. No elevators. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed, table and chairs, and a desk. The wifi was good.
Service was great, the ladies at the reception were happy to reserve a last-minute room for a friend, and the cleaning crew asked in the morning if they should clean, instead of barging in.

「I have stayed here 6 different times for up to a week and it is the best value out there. Best beds and pillows, nice and clean with very friendly staff and manager.
I always recommend this hotel.」
