「Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up!」

「There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. Skum of the earth and Expedia is doing nothing about it .. your cowards. Even with vid and pics and the fact the apt had nothing as discribed in ad 」

「clean, quiet, close to everything」

「Very nice apartment, everything worked very well including cable and internet, good value considering it was a one bedroom with one full bath plus a powder room. Large swimming pool, water seemed clean, not crowded but needed more reclining deck chairs instead of straight-back chairs, chairs were uncomfortably hard and needed cleaning. Downside was that the constant traffic noise from Pratamnak Road hill was absolutely horrendous, even by Pattaya standards. Awakened multiple times thru the...

「I loved the spaces in this room. Only problem was the mold in the room. Which got worse as the days went by. Is a long way from a Baht Bus too. Not easy unless you have a motorbike or car. I only walked and it was far to get transportation to Jomtien or Pattaya. Bolt will run you a lot in 4 weeks. I walked to the Baht Bus each day. 」

「The Base is ideally located in the center of all the action. I have a sound sleep, therefore the noise from the bars didn't bother me, but for sensitive people, despite the 22nd floor, music gets carried all the way up. I particularly appreciated the functional kitchen with almost everything I needed, as compared to other units which at times lack the bare necessities. If I may suggest some easy improvements: a stronger light in the bathroom, a small bedside lamp as well as a safety deposit...
