价格的确便宜 五星级酒店我定的两晚不超1000。 但是酒店硬件设施➕服务都不值这个价格。 首先地段:不在闹市区无论去哪里都要要打车20分钟距离 其次硬件:大堂很老旧,香薰味道太重,廉价香水味。一张沙发都没有。只有几个板凳。 房间:房间有两点我是满意的。第一房间很大。第二床很舒服。 不满意:还是老旧引起的。所有LED的灯都年久违修。开关无法正常关闭。几个氛围灯无法关闭。最让我不舒服的是毛巾。看上去可能三年没有换?毛巾都被洗的边都没有了。很薄。而且发黄。所有大大小小毛巾都是这样的。到处都是黄色小广告的名片。我都不敢想象,真的是重庆的五星级酒店?安保措施那么松?能纵容这样的事情发生?酒店门口满地黄色小广告。 酒店大门外全是摆摊的小贩。 真的是大失所望。 这个和一百一晚的小旅馆有本质差别么? 差评。

會住這裡的主要是去隔壁參加展覽 如果去觀光區會有一段距離,但是門口的DiDi很多. 早餐很 local,量多,可以在酒店直接加比較便宜,RMB 60/人.(原本是160~) 床很軟。 雖然離輕軌500米,但還是考慮一下上下坡的問題

Bad idea, never choose Kempinski.
Though ChongQing is not a city with good customer service, I'm still very upset about the experience with this so called 5-star hotel - Kempinski. Reservation: I booked 2 rooms with non-smoking on Expedia, when I got the front desk, they told me it's already arranged with 2 SMOKING rooms, and they didn't receive the NON-SMOKING request. And they refused to change due to national holiday, said it's full with no room left, asked us to get into the room to see if we can stand the smell. It's horrible smell in the room obviously, with false EYELASHES on the SOFA, we claimed to the manager, they managed to change 2 rooms within 10 min. The service recovery for this incident was a plate of fruit, nicely done? Bathing water: Late night we just found the water was not warm enough, it was midnight and we called them to fix it the next day. Second day the water was still not warm, they called someone to check and the man just touch the water by hand, said 'it's warm enough' and left! After calling the manager, someone brought a thermometer to see the water was only 35℃! The standard is 46~51℃ for the water in hotels, and the weather outside was 15℃. They fixed it the 3rd day! Service recovery was a pack of mooncake, in the 2nd day of Mid-Autumn festival, nicely done again huh? Other issues, like the waiter in the lobby is not willing to call a cab for customers, no one was smiling during the service even we said 'Thank you' some times initiatively. I wont choose Kempinski again.

重庆凯宾斯基是我入住到目前为止,无论是硬件,软件,交通,舒适程度最佳的酒店,完全秒杀万豪万怡,房间非常宽敞,床品很舒适,空调温度适中,泳池宽敞,并设有蒸汽房和按摩浴池。卫生间设计的非常好,浴缸和淋浴在左右两边,淋浴和马桶在一起,中间有玻璃隔断,互不影响。酒店交通也非常方便,建议做轻轨3号线到工贸站下车即可,3B出口走,穿过会展中心,步行5分钟就能到。房价也非常可爱,去重庆首选凯宾斯基。

The hotel service and facility are good. The bed is nice and big.Breakfast is good as well. We all called for taxi for all outing and it is quick service. At the 2nd night, there is a problem on the lamp stystem and we can not switch off the lamp. Finally, the engineer came to solve the problem at midnight.

Nice hotel
Kempinski Chongqing is a nice hotel a bit from the classic city center. Very few people on the staff speak English, which makes it very hard to get the usual service that you expect from a Kempinski hotel. As an example, there is no room service menu in English so it is impossible to order any service to the room. The hotel is 10 years old and that might be seen in the bathrooms. And the cleaning is not the best, so don't expect a normal Kempinski level. However, the staff is nice, even though it is difficult to communicate with them

Very poor hotel
Were given a room 1019 above the air conditioning units for the hotel. Very noisy and asked to change rooms. Moved to 2018. Aircon did not work. Asked for a repair to be done. We were given a fan and told that's it!! Very poor management. Generally grubby hotel other than the lobby and restaurant floor. Not near a five star rating.

Not recommended to stay
The hotel is not up to real 5 star hotel . Could be better . Towels are too old and smelly. Hotel staff can’t speak English and very difficult to understand guest needs. Concierge service is poor and below standard.
