The rooms are same as Chengdu Niccolo but service level has lots to improve: 1) we are gold card member but they totally forgot about the welcome fruit basket, after I sent a reminder they sent us 3 apples... 2) only one restaurant which services Chinese and western cuisine, food quality definitely can't compare to Chengdu, staffs are friendly but more training is needed... 3) concierge delivered wrong luggage to our room, which honestly is the first time ever happened to us staying in a 5 star facility... 4) check-in lobby in top floor of hotel but because of the extremely high ceiling air-con makes a lot of noise, almost like staying inside a big air duct... 5) turndown service need improvement, bed was NOT turndown and curtain/blinds was not lowered down... Overall a very disappointing experience given our previous enjoyable stay in Chengdu & Hong Kong.
