Honestly the worst experience I have ever had ! I work away a lot and stay in hotels every week.
I was checking in after 18:00 and the receiptionist told me that my room was not ready, by then I have finished 10 hours of work and wanted to take a shower beofre I head to my next job. I was at receiption for a full hour, he asked me to pay for my room, I told him I paid already, he said ok pay half again, I refused and showed him proof that I have paid already, he said, word for word: ''we can take money out of your account without permission''. I have asked for another room that is ready, he kept making excuses, he was raising his voice at me and cuts me off everytime I speak, he gave me a look like he was about to hit me. After the unecessary converstaion and wasting valuable time, he found out that I have actually paid the amount in full and gave me my key. I then went to my room and yes you guessed it, the key wasn't working. I had to go downstairs again and have a new key coded. Never again !! There is a Ramada not far from there that I have stayed in previously, and it is absolutely fine and is withing the price range.
