Great location

Lovely property and great location. Clean and bathrooms & bedrooms were well appointed. Under floor heating was great. The games room was not useable though which was a bit disappointing - one wall is just a garage door (not in the pics) so it was absolutely freezing. I’m sure it would be fine in summer.
