The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was good enough for cooking. Not too close to the town centre. About 5 minutes drive. The host was helpful in providing information.

盡責的員工。
今次因亞瑟苑汽車旅館事出突然，旅館沒有房間，我們被編往隔鄰118旅館，所以不能對亞瑟苑作出評論。 但是亞瑟苑旅館女職員十分友善，盡量協助我們解決問題，提供附近景點及免費安排交通運輸往機場。

我們因為臨時有人加入,所以補錢入住,大人20紐幣,3Y兒童10紐幣,有兩間房,一間為套房,有廁有大床,一間不是套房,有兩張單人床,在客廳有一張大床,也另有一個廁所,有廚房,可做早歺,附近有一家食甜品和簡歺的歺廳是房東介紹的,超超超好食!!去住的話, 一定要試試.

這旅館房間很大，一層一間房的，車就停在出面，運行李很方便，附近走路就有食肆油站，方便，去中心就要架車大約6分鐘。 基本上是不錯的，但他們的毛巾和床單看上去都很舊和已經泛黃，感覺不清潔，這是我最不喜歡的，希望他們多加注意這點。

it was a great stay with Arthur's Motor Lodge, the motel owner is a very kind and helpful Chinese, to provide useful info. While the room facilities are well prepared and should be the best beds within our 16 days trip in South Island.

Very Good choice in Christchurch because of the nice room, convenient location (nearby Restaurants and Park) as well as comfortable living environment. The host is very friendly with lots of helpful suggestions and quite considerate service, nice place to stay in CHC.

It is NZ 5 stars. Renovated in 2012. Kept clean and decent. Beds are the most comfortable. Not too soft. Front desk gave good tips points of interest and place for dining. He is friendly and helpful.

Dear Guests, thanks for your review, the only reason your WIFI disconnection is because you have used all your 2GB quota on that voucher you have recieved from us for free. We do provide a 2GB, multi devices voucher to guests that lasts up to a week and if you have ran out of data we do provide another one free of charge.

Got there with family at 6.30pm, They have people living in this hotel that don’t have homes, so emergency housing….sitting outside ruff as… not what you want you kids o partner to see he. Your spec ting a nice hotel. There were kids on scooter and running around outside rooms and quality. Not what was advertised online. Disappointed and had to go find new accommodation at 6.30 at night. Have stayed in these kind of set ups before and had people coming and goin all hours of the night… dodgy
