Clean and welcoming. Lift to upper level great. Disappointing no local cafe and restaurant options given as guide. Bealey Ave a noisy place on Friday nights, a lot of sirens!

Had a great three night stay. Small kitchen area in room. Huge modern bathroom, comfy bed, lovely linen. Big fluffy towels. Room serviced daily. Outdoor balcony with table and two chairs, very roomy. Good size parking space. Elevator. Really great couple running the business they were very helpful and kind. They are doing a great job. The hotel is modern, roomy, large windows, views to the Alps in the distance. Heated towel rail. It is a marvellous Hotel. 15 minutes walk to the centre of CHCH. I enjoyed a 2 hour walk each day from the hotel in different directions and the environment is leafy and nice. Great stay highly recommend.

Nice, tidy room with a great shower and super comfy bed. A prefect room for us. Really handy for walking into central Christchurch and very close to great food outlets, the Tram ride and the Catheral Square. Off street parking and very easy to find. I appreciated the extra cleaning done and the friendly staff.

Great location as handy to cbd, restaurants within walking distance and casino not that far away...would recommend a unit away from the road as traffic noise can be a bit of a nuisance...unit was modern clean and tidy. . Bathroom had a great shower with good pressure....bed was comfortable...would certainly stay again

This is hands-down our go-to and favourite accommodation in Christchurch. It ticks pretty much every for us and exceeds expectations in so many ways. Modern building with good amenities. No onsite parking spots left as I arrived late. Had to park on road. Check in was fast and easy. Staff were fantastic. Highly recommend this Motel. Lovely spot and close to CBD.
