服務態度和善親切，房間舒適溫暖，床軟硬適中，符合睡眠需求，衛浴設備完善，備品充足，惟抽風機內有灰塵，建議常予清潔，可以微波爐進行簡易加熱烹煮，離城鎮熱鬧處步行約10-12分鐘距離，離超級市場距離較遠，步行約25-30分鐘距離，交通尚稱便利。

位置方便，無論前往Botanical Garden或各個景點都很棒，往Bus Interchange乘搭Intercity Bus只5分鐘車程或步行2O分鐘便可。 這motel 寬敞開揚，我的房間是2層式，樓下是客廳，樓下是睡房。 此外，全房非常整潔，厨房有餐具及煑食爐可使用。浴室光猛乾淨，熱水很足。 這motel地方適中，旺中帶静，晚上不吵。

非常超值
十分舒適，步行往市中心也不遠，我住的房間睡床在樓上，很特色而且安靜，價錢平，超值。不過房間只有暖氣，沒有冷氣，夏天如果怕熱要考慮。

A nice motel to stay in Christchurch if you have a car. It's clean and supply with constant flow a hot water which is very nice if u travel in winter

Nice Choice in CHC
Nice choice in Christchurch because the Colombo Motel is not far away from the City Center (20mins by walking). The host is very friendly with lots of helpful suggestions and quite considerate service.

The room was generally good but it did have a really odd smell - like farm animals? - and the upstairs bedroom was a bit annoying if you needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. On the upside the rooms were quiet and dark and parking was convenient.

Perfect stay in Christchurch.
Our flight was delayed, but the team did such an incredible job accommodating, to the extent of ensuring the electric blankets were on, and the place was ready for us to feel comfortable as quickly as possible. Thankfully we found this spot, so close to many things downtown as well as in such good condition.

Great modern motel that is quite walkable to the town center. The parking area is a bit tight, but that is really the only issue. I would definitely stay there again and would be happy to recommend it to friends.

We had a nice stay at Colombo in the City Heating was very good . We were kept nice and warm in the room even though it was very cold and didnt even need the heater at night. Convenient location and friendly staff. Going back to stay another two nights after our South Island tour.

Well maintained property, about 10-15min walk into the city. Easy parking on site. We were upstairs and there were a lot of stairs to the bedroom which could be difficult for some.
