Really nice small motel with everything you need, including full kitchen, all cutlery and appliances. We were pleasantly surprised with the spa tub in the room.

Rick and Rikki were fabulous hosts. giving great advise on places to go cost saving discount web sites. local places to eat and drink. they even gave us lifts into the city centre when then were able too. we will definitely stay here again if we visit Christchurch. many thanks Rick and Rikki

Autumn visit
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with spa bath. It was large, warm and comfortable . The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The location is just outside the city centre so really good access to town. Parking off street was good.

Ricki was amazing, we landed in Christchurch when floods had blocked off roads to the south and west of the island. Ricki was really accomodating and helpful even allowing us a late checkout so we could spend time replanning our itinerary. The room itself was great clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics you would need. Would stay again, excellent value for money

部屋が広く快適でした。 シャワールームのみでバスタブはないのですが、固定のシャワールームのシャワーが２つあり、２人同時に入れる仕様でした(子連れには便利でした)。 キッチンは外からの虫が結構入ってきていましたが、この辺はしょうがないのかな？と。

Fantastic host, friendly and so helpful. Lovely quiet location, easy to get around Christchurch. Local fish & chip shop (recommended by Ricki) was great - hadn't tried Akaroa Cod before - very generous portion, for a reasonable price.

Great location, easy parking, quiet unit, comfy bed, nothing more I could have asked for really. Even got upgraded to a spa bath due to it being a quiet time of year. Would definitely stay again.

Our one bedroom unit had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, large shower, good wi-fi. Friendly and helpful manager. We would definitely stay here again.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Every offer was made to ensure we were comfortable and happy with the faciities and that we were aware of dining options within the area. The offer of an umbrella as we went for a walk unaware that rain was on its way was much appreciated. Will definitely stay again.
