Esta propiedad es lo más deprimente que hay en todo St Croix. No hay nadie en el front desk para recibirte. No aparece tu reservación y no te devuelven el dinero. Property was a good price, but then the hot water didn't work, the shower didn't work. Decking was kinda falling apart. Bath towel was askew when I arrived, take that for what it is. Management was unavailable at check in 3 pm and in the morning when trying to work out the water 8 am. I left a day early, hopefully the will use the money they didn't refund me to fix the shower, and a few other things.

Location was amazing. Beautiful views and very quiet. Beach bar was great as well. Loved the cats on the property. Check in was a little confusing as no staff members on site as all communication is via text. And if you are planning on cooking only had 1 tiny pot available. Overall had an amazing stay and plan on returning!

The location is amazing, quiet and away from noise but close to Christianstead. Bar staff at the resort were absolutely wonderful. Office staff not friendly and goodluck getting towels for the bathroom or cleaning.

This was the worst hotel property i have ever stayed at. There was no one at the office when we arrived, when we did find someone after walking around for 20 minutes.She said, what do you need?And we explained to her that we were there to Check-in.She really said come. We checked into the room only to find that the headboard on the bed was broken.The walls were scratched up.There were bugs everywhere the stairs. Walking up to the bungalow were brought it in falling apart.There were bugs crawling underneath the door there were packages the fridge was rusted and leaking and I wouldn't put anything in it. It was barely running water in the kitchen at sink. The bathroom sink was obviously never cleaned from the previous customers because they were still toothpaste marks around the sink. All of the previous customer shower supplies were still in the bathroom. After we checked in, we attempted to get a couple of drinks at the bar.There was no menu there was no sign where to do.When you got there, we started at the table and ended up deciding.I guess we have to walk up to the bar to get something to drink. Drinks were o k where gender drink the liberty to make a special strawberry drink. There was a woman changing a poopy diaper on one of the tables near the restaurant. The "beach" was infested with fleas and we are being eaten alive and was covered. With seaweed so even if we wanted to go into the water we would have had a wade through ten feet of seaweed. There were signs all over

The place itself is clean. It’s kind of far out from town. The staff wasn’t really friendly. I was supposed to get a two bedroom and before I got there, I was texting the staff and told them it was my honeymoon and asked if they could do something special and they said yes. When I got there, there was nothing special at all and they didn’t even have a room reserved for me.

To be honest I was nervous after reading some old reviews on this property. But I was not disappointed!! Yes they are remodeling but that never got in the way of our great service. Room was clean. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and eating utensils. Oh and that air conditioner is cold. Ocean view. Staff is amazing! Only thing we can’t give a 10 on is water pressure in the shower. But it worked and if you wait just a minute it will heat up and there is plenty of hot water. Oh and we never seen one bug in our room. Now that is pretty great considering you are on an island. A few mothers earlier we visited the island for the first time. We stayed close by at a very expensive resort. That experience was a 6 at best. Drinks are cold at the bar and food is pretty good.After staying here at Bungalows on the Bay we won’t stay anywhere else. Keep up the great work on the property and please don’t lose your amazing customer service.
