Property definitely in need of maintenance. Sliding closet doors did not work and screen for door to balcony torn. Staff removed one closet door so we had access. Bed comfortable though pillows justbok. Bathroom nice and towels good quality. Biggest complaint is that there was only one restaurant on the property (the other one listed is closed). The food at the Deep End was good but service erratic, sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Menu limited. And biggest issue is that the restaurant is not part of the resort. So we had to have a credit card with us, could not run a tab and pay at the end of our visit. Did have a great Caribbean show on Friday night. Best fire dancers I have ever see .

For anyone who would consider coming to this resort. Don’t!!!!!!! It Sucks!!!!! I say again, DON’T come. It sucks… Room is ugly. No water or cups for the coffee. No water in the fridge. The pillows sucks!!! The only thing that was nice was the ocean view. Incredible view. And it was only 5 minutes from the down town

We had a wonderful 4 night stay! The view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. We didn't use the pool, but it appeared clean. The balcony door was very hard to close. I couldn't do it alone. My husband had to close it. The beach is not swimmable, but the view is perfect. The location was great. Only about 7 minutes from the Christiansted boardwalk. The restaurant/bar on the property was nice. If you are looking for a resort type atmosphere, this probably isn't for you. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, relaxing time, it's perfect. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone looking to relax in paradise!

Outstanding young manager! Ian went over and above trying to fix anything any problem that occurred! I am a retired 21-year active United States Army. First sergeant outstanding candidate for leadership! Thank you I enjoyed my stay. An idea may be to have each guess that checks in sign a rules understanding. I.E quiet time, smoking, glass beverages on the beach to some examples. Thank you again great vacation. Will be back!

Most beautiful view to see and walk straight out to the ocean. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Rooms could be a bit cleaner but for the price, view and friendliness I didn’t even care.

I think putting resort in the name of this hotel was deceiving. Most resorts have amenities and many options of things you can do around a facility. This one had absolutely nothing other than a bar downstairs that had horrible coffee and at best, mid grade food. The prices were very high and it was just not accommodating for guests. I would not recommend this hotel because there’s nothing in the vicinity to do or to eat. It is not a resort. It is a hotel/inn. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose another place to stay. I gave a rating of three because there was a beautiful view from the room and the room was somewhat tidy.

Good location, friendly staff and clean. The bathroom door is not sound, if you’re sharing a room and you’re shy you might be uncomfortable. Unable to swim at the private beach but they have a nice pool. Onsite restaurant was good, not a lot of options however, keep in mind it’s an island and deliveries can be slower. The staff was great.

Our room was nice and comfortable. Refrigerator and air conditioner were cold. The views from our room were incredible. The property was beautiful. The pool area and deep end bar/restaurant were convenient and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!
