"Booking in was fine, although the key to the door didn't work, we were on the 5th floor so a bit of a treck back to the reception. We were not given any information about where the bar or dining room was. We had to ask where the bar was situated. The bar was well equipped with darts and pool table, comfortable setting. The room was clean, not a lot of staff around but there were 4 functions on that weekend, we were not informed or involved prior to booking. Very noisy at night, understandable as there had been a party, but a random dog barking in the corridor at 3 am I thought was a little too much."

"Room was nice and spacious, very accommodating, breakfast had plenty of options the hash browns could do to be a bit more well done but otherwise it was good! There was an event on whilst we stayed there which could have been better organised so all the people attending the event stay at one part of the hotel so that drunk attendees weren’t shouting and screaming and playing loud music at 1am in the morning! "

"Room looked tired and was laid out in a bad way mini bar was well stocked but was very hot in cupboard , but if room was laid out better mini bar could had been under table it was fine for one night didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment "
