「Excellent hotel. 」

「優點是碰到的所有飯店員工都很親切，房間內部很寬敞，雖然不幸碰到下雨，但房間就能泡澡，而且飯店內部公共澡堂有好幾個池子可以泡，完全不會無聊，另外還有四間私人浴池（不用預約，但前面有人的話要排隊等候）、一個男女共用露天浴池（要預約），泡完有冰牛奶、按摩椅，非常舒適放鬆，晚上還可以到交誼廳喝飲料，另外，吃到飽的早餐很精緻，東西也都蠻好吃的。對了，這間飯店如果要獨旅的話也很合適。 整體而言這次體驗很好，尤其每一個碰到的員工都親切微笑，讓整個住宿體驗加分。如果真的要挑缺點出來，只能想到入住的時候，因為需要花點時間跟房客講解設施位置、使用時間等，所以花了一些時間排隊等候。另外因為設施跟房間在不同棟，所以一開始花了點時間適應，但這些對整體感受影響不大。簡而言之，這間飯店就算沒有熱海煙火，也會想再去住宿享受一下。 」

「Overall it was a 10/10, only thing I wish would have been different is the rooms that aren’t the villas had baths instead of stand up showers only. That would have made it perfect, while not being an onset giving the onsen vibes. Overall highly recommended if you plan on staying hakone for an extended period of time and you’re on a budget.」

「Everything is gonna be okay, and the night shift male staff also helped me to fix the laundry machine(But actually not).Until I used another laundry machine to wash my clothes,I suggest that staff can write some awareness notes on paper to remind other travelers not to use the broken one.However, he didn’t do that, the other pitty traveler happened the same situation again like me.According to this event, I find that the front desk members don’t know if travelers’ amenities are useful or...

「One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Really cool place with amazing private amenities. Stayed here since it was close to a concert venue. Did not disappoint. The breakfast is a smaller kaiseki style meal. More traditional, may not suit everyone’s taste. But room service meals were also really good! Wanted something smaller to eat as late dinner. Would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to be in the area.」
