It's conveniently located a block away a supermarket and pharmacy and walkable distance of the historic part of Reggio Emilia and the Centro Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi. The train stations are 7 minutes away by car or taxi. .」

「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love...

Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)」
