"We went on a business trip and booked this apartment at least 2 weeks in advance. On the day we were supposed to spend the night in the apartment, we arrived around 18:00, and no owner or anyone else at the address. When we called and contacted about a reservation, the lady said that she had some duties that day and she could not accommodate us for the night.
