Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were……

“The room design in these suites is extremely practical, with spaces and cubbies where needed and enough separation to not trip over each other while we stayed. The beds were extremely comfortable and I slept great. The only minor nitpick I had was how thin the toilet paper and facial tissue was, but that's it.”
