“Very comfortable and clean. All equipment for all requirements, as in cooking. The view was amazing. It should be made clearer how steep the steps are up to the hall door.”

“Flat 3 was a lovely room, just what I needed after a rough few weeks. Everything was in walking distance, 10 mins to the sea front, will definitely use this company again.”

“The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat……

“Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. “Lovely apartment with lots of utensils and crockery etc. Had other useful items too. Loved the complimentary items. Loved the decoration of the apartment too. Would definitely return!”

“Very basic accommodation in need of a complete redecoration/refit. Upstairs bathroom shower waste was blocked caused a small flood. Flat above an off licence, in a dreary street. OK for one night if passing though.”

“I called just to confirm that we would be able to go to the office to collect the keys on Sunday and that the office would definitely be open , even had an email confirming this but this was not the case - luckily for us someone in the office was able to call us to confirm the process that we had to take to collect the keys , just as well that we had a signal where we were on the time of the call !! The accommodation was in a very good location with everything close by. The property did need……

“Lovely stay. ”

“Lovely cottage. Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. Amazing views over the harbour from every window. Nice little balcony to sit out on. Private off road parking is a bonus. Really enjoyed my stay here.”
