“Great little cabin on a ranch. ”

“Conveniently located between Johnson City and the Hye/Stonewall area and not to far from Fredericksburg. The on-site winery, brewery and restaurant are excellent. The food is great and they also serve the beers and wines from their own facilities. The suites are very spacious and have a separate bedroom and living area as well as an outside porch. All staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. We have stayed in many places in this area over the years and now this is our go-to place to……

“Close to restaurants”

“We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies and a glass of wine and seltzer, while the property owners fed a herd of deer out in front of an amazingly beautiful canyon scape. The was more deer feed at the cabin, which we sprinkled in the meadow out front, and had lots of deer visitors which we enjoyed watching. We had questions about how to get to a favorite peach stand, which our hosts answered quite expertly with detailed directions. Breakfast was supreme, with farm fresh eggs, biscuit dough,……

“The cabin is cute and lighting gives a sense of whimsy, bathroom situation less then desirable - toilet feels as if it’s right next to bed, door to toilet closet would not lock, the shower closet has a weird sulfur / methane smell when shower is going we could not determine if smell was coming from drain or water itself, we did not see a designated parking spot for the cabin we stayed in all the other cabins have a name and designated parking spot, the wifi in the room never worked, each cabin……

“Adorable property with hot tub and fire pit. Close to town but not walking distance. Hire a car for the day before you go if you don’t want to drive. ”

“It is a very nice property but one that is only good for a couple to stay or with little kids. Property contracts were nice enough to respond immediately when the AC unit didn’t turn on initially and work. They gave us extra blankets when requested as it got colder in the night. So excellent customer service, communication, clean, cute & cozy property for sure. Definitely did not work for 4 adults to sleep. The loft was too tiny and difficult to crawl for even a teenager. Would be nice to……
