Relaxing Holiday Home with Private Garden and shared Pool

Nestled between Agropoli and Paestum, our holiday apartment with a private garden is peacefully situated in the heart of the Cilento National Park. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the blue Mediterranean Sea, the Gulf of Salerno, and even the Amalfi Coast. This is a place where tranquility, nature, and breathtaking panoramas combine with excellent accessibility.

Guests have access to a shared pool, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and grill, as well as a playground. Our spacious property is especially family-friendly, offering plenty of opportunities for children to explore and play. Our small animals—including cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles, and budgerigars—are happy to be petted and add a special touch to your stay for our little guests.

The Rigoletto apartment in Cilento is a separate unit—almost like a small holiday home—and was completed in autumn 2022. It features a private garden with a furnished terrace and breathtaking panoramic views. On one side, you’ll see the mountainous landscape with Trentinara and Giungano; on the other, the sea and the Gulf of Salerno.

The approximately 45 sqm apartment offers an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a cozy sofa corner, and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a small oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, and all necessary cooking utensils. The dining table, with views of the mountains, seats up to four people. The living area also has a comfortable sofa, a smart TV with Prime subscription, books in various languages, and board games. The apartment is air-conditioned and all windows are fitted with insect screens.

The bedroom with mountain views is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a dressing table with mirror, and a spacious wardrobe. Upon request, we are happy to provide a cot for children under three years old. In the hallway, you will find a coat rack and a full-length mirror.
The second bedroom is suitable for children under 12 and includes a junior bunk bed (170 × 80 cm), a small desk with mirror, and a wardrobe.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet with natural daylight. Towels and basic soap are provided for our guests. Free Wi-Fi and parking directly on the property are also included.

The pool and playground are available for shared use during the summer months (pool weather-dependent from mid-May to mid-October, playground available year-round in good weather). Beautiful walking trails start right outside the door, winding through a nearby small forest. Supermarkets and shops are about one kilometer away.
Additionally, there is a roughly 100 sqm rooftop terrace shared with us, featuring sun loungers, a hammock, and shaded seating—perfect for relaxing while the children play.

The apartment is ideal for two adults and up to two children under 12 years old. For our youngest guests, we gladly provide a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, and a small paddling pool upon request.

The nearest beach is approximately a ten-minute drive away. Large supermarkets, pharmacies, and other shops can be reached within about five minutes by car. The famous temples of Paestum and the nearest train station are less than ten minutes away, while the town center of Agropoli is about 15 minutes by car.

Our holiday apartment is the perfect choice for families, hiking enthusiasts, and culture lovers. Exciting hiking trails start nearby within the Cilento National Park, offering unforgettable nature experiences. We are happy to personally advise our guests on the best tours and excursions.

For culture enthusiasts, the region has much to offer: not only is Pompeii easily accessible, but within the national park itself you will find fascinating ruins, castles, abandoned villages, and many other historical treasures.

Paestum impresses with its wide, long sandy beaches and shallow, child-friendly waters. Just 20 minutes by car is the rocky snorkeling paradise of Castellabate, an ideal destination for water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.
