We enjoyed our stay in this apartment over the vibrant market. We had two adults and two teens and had plenty of space. The unit was extremely clean and fresh, and appointed neatly without a lot of clutter. High ceilings, quality furnishings and lots of natural light made this a great pit stop on our college tours. Great walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Easy and safe nearby parking. Good Nespresso and Keurig options and good supplies of all expected items. aTwo quick notes on the property- the to the unit are steep and narrow (but a short single flight, honestly), and the HVAC intake is very loud. We didn’t mind because we sleep with white noise- so it was fine for our family. Overall a fabulous unit and we would stay again. Really great place.

The space is great - very clean, well-stocked, and the location is incredible. We parked in the findlay garage and walked everywhere (food, drinks, shopping) all weekend. It could not have been more convenient. We had an event downtown Saturday night so took a ride share, which was also quick and affordable (15 or less). While the flight of stairs to the apartment is steep and narrow, and there is some noise, (especially on weekends), if you want proximity to local business, this spot cannot be beat!
