  • Cincy Boho is a newly renovated home conveniently located within the city of Cincinnati. It boast large, stately rooms, 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, smart TVs in every bedroom, soaking tub, 3rd floor kitchenette and off street parking. Entertaining any age guest is a breeze at Cincy Boho with a backyard oasis featuring a hot tub, fire pit and yard games. The detached garage hang out space with a wood burning stove, ping pong and a TV is sure to be a hit with the kids and adults alike. At this property you will find a multitude of large common areas for gathering like the dining table that seats 22 guests or the gigantic L shaped couch in the living room. The urban neighborhood is diverse, trendy and easily accessible to the interstate and most places within the city.

    We are Pet Friendly!

    **The property is equipped with video and audio security cameras that record. Cameras are located on the exterior of the property. One is at the front door and one that is located in the backyard that records the back door and back patio area. NO cameras at the hot tub area.

This how was perfect for our family reunion. It easily slept 16 people (10 adults & 6 kids). It was so spacious and had plenty of seating for eating, lounging and sleeping where we didn't feel like we were sitting on top of everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed and it was very kid friendly too. Backyard was wonderful to spend time in for a fire at night. It was also perfectly spaced from downtown and the cincinnati zoo!

Wonderful stay

Loved the house and how close it was to EVERYTHING! Plenty of room for my friends and I. We particularly enjoyed the back yard and game room! Would love to come back and stay again in the future!

The property was exactly as listed with a full array of homey touches. Plenty of beds (to sleep 22), bathrooms, & linens. Close to a wide variety of touristy spots. We'll be booking this house again!

Great House for Family Vacation

This is a beautiful house in a lively neighborhood that is great for traveling with extended family. It's got plenty of beds and lots of seating in the family room and dining room. We visited Kings Island and the Cincinnati Zoo which are both nearby. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub!

Great property!

My artistic swim team stayed at this beautiful older home. It was a great property with all the amenities for a larger group. The dining room seated 22 - it was amazing! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was very easy to work with & very accommodating.

My family was in Cini for my nieces graduation. It was nice to be able to hang out have a fire and play some games and have family time rather that staying in separate hotel rooms. Close to Xavier which made it convenient.

We had a great visit to Cincinnati. The house met all our needs for a large group. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve seen in a rental. The outdoor space was a big hit with the kids. Communication with the owners was very prompt.

Great place in downtown Cincy

Really unique historic house, with plenty of room and beds for large groups. Back yard space was great for kids. Garage / entertainment area is detached but still worked out great for our group. It is within 10 minutes of the riverfront/downtown area.

Urban Oasis

We had a great family long weekend at Cincy Boho. The house was cool, the backyard was delightful and the garage game room was an unexpected hit. I enjoyed my morning walks to a great local coffee shop and afternoon strolls to a local pub. We had plenty of space to be together and get some rest. Multi-Family Stay

This mansion home was likely built between 1905 and 1920. Large kitchen, dining and living room made multi family meals and visiting easy and comfortable. We found the location to be an quick drive to the Eden Park Conservancy, Jungle Jim's, and the Children's Museum. Note that the bedrooms are on the second and third floors.

Good city home

Property was as mentioned in the listing and we had comfortable stay. Brent(house owner) was very good and answered my messages and calls quickly. We also had an AC breakdown in floor 3 and he came and fixed it immediately though it was late in the night.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our large extended family. There were 19 of us, ages 3 to 65. The hot tub was a hit with the kids. The garage area was delightful. The layout of the house gave privacy and a get away from each other when we needed it. The location was wonderful; very close to many attractions we were interested in.
