Great Hotel

Clean and newly updated hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable at all. It was very firm.

Customer service and the above and beyond accommodations for the Bengals game. It was walking distance from the hotel, the staff was very kind and helpful and they let us leave our car in the parking deck until after the game ended. Would have rated excellent except for the pull out sofa mattress was terribly dirty and stained. Ended up not having family member sleep on it due to how dirty it was. I would stay again but recommend switching out dirty mattresses.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious. The location was very close to the restaurants in Covington. A lot of development going on in that area. Only negative were the large streaks of mold on the inner shower curtain.

The suite we booked was huge, much larger than we were expecting! The room was clean & spacious, although it had an odd, musty smell upon entering the room that dispelled rather quickly, so it didn't distract from the enjoyment of the room. The bed was comfortable & the blackout curtains were amazing! The location of the hotel is sketchy, but we didn't have any issues. I would not go out at night alone though, just as a precaution. The staff was nice & courteous. There is no breakfast provided, but they do have coffee & water in the lobby.
